Returning an online order.

This policy applies to consumer purchases made online from AJ Breakers LTD. It does not limit your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns

Tell us that you want to cancel within 14 days after the order is delivered. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the part back.

You are responsible for the return delivery cost for a change-of-mind return. Please package the part securely and use a tracked service. You may handle the part only as much as you reasonably would when examining it in a shop. We may reduce the refund if handling has reduced its value.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied parts

Contact us promptly if a part is faulty, damaged in delivery, not as described or not the part ordered. AJ Breakers will arrange or cover reasonable return costs where the returned part is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned part, or after you provide evidence that it has been sent back if that is earlier. Free standard delivery has no delivery charge to refund.
